Responsibilities:
The Director of Product Development position requires a passionate, high-energy, results oriented, assertive leader who can motivate and manage a large team geographically dispersed professionals to produce a superior product and service.
He/she will oversee all phases of design and development, including product requirements specifications (working in conjunction with Product Management),
assessment of appropriate technologies, shaping of software architecture, improving engineering processes, specification of project plans, tasks and schedules, definition and supervision of quality assurance testing and ongoing life-cycle support.
