Job Details:

Potential for product installations, customization and evaluation.
Documentation of changes in the Mainframe Network environment.
Provide training to Command Center personnel.
Implementing changes to the production environment in accordance with the Enterprise Computing Services rules regarding the change process.
Developing, communicating and implementing IT standards. Perform level III problem diagnostics and resolution. Support major infrastructure
improvement initiatives (project work). Support a highly structured Business Continuity/Disaster
