Job Details:

Operating System Fundamentals of UNIX \ LINUX at least 1 flavor in each Ex: HP-UX, AIX or SOLARIS in UNIX world and SuSE, REDHAT, FEDORA in Linux World.
Networking in UNIX \ LINUX world
File systems understanding in UNIX \ LINUX world
Basic Troubleshooting of UNIX \ LINUX
Shell Scripting languages (PERL)
Basic Knowledge about Data Management (what is it, how does it work and what are the regular terms in DM)
Problem solving (in technical aspects)
The candidates who have gone through Product life cycle is a plus.
