Resolving client tickets
Developing and maintaining documentation
Upgrade and maintenance of Terminal servers
Application sequencing and rollout
Participation in TS infrastructure projects
Strong 4 to 5 years of IT services industry and at least 2 to 3 years on Citrix administration & Windows 2000 & 2003 servers
TCP/IP network configuration & DNS/DHCP configuration
Strong Citrix Knowledge
Microsoft Softgrid application Virtualization knowledge
