Job Details:

Experience (in order of importance)
ISV/ Software Product: web based software deployed at several customer locations (ideally some experience with SaaS)
Web Part Development
Search Engine and metadata management
Site templates and features
Solution deployment
Web Application development: asp.net, load balanced web front-ends, scalable architecture, browser support
Database: large transaction handling, database locks, large transaction files, complex queries (partition by), performance optimization
Security: Authentication/Authorization. Form-based authentication, security at the gate, SQL Injection, etc
Globalization/Localization of software
