Job Details:

To manage the support function for various products in GIS, Photogrammetry, Imaging etc.
Lead a team of GIS, Photogrammetry, Imaging etc. application support analysts
Provide technical and product support and guidance to employees
High level analysis, diagnosis, problem solving, allocation of work
Monitoring performance
Training new entrants and ensuring client satisfaction
B.E/B.Tech and above, MBA preferred
12+ years of relevant experience in product support function
General knowledge on various products in GIS, Photogrammetry, Imaging etc.applications
Knowledge on supporting systems
Good communication skills
Good inter and intra personal skills
DESIRABLE:
Detailed Knowledge on GIS, Photogrammetry, Imaging or Engineering products etc.
