Job Details:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To analyse , design and recommend new and improved business processes and automated systems based on end user and business stakeholder requirements. This senior role will focus on product development for 1300bpo and will consult on internal system development
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
1.Review business workflows to maximise business efficiencies and reduce
required resources
2.Implement and manage audit processes ( policies , procedures , and
intranets )
3.Gather , document and obtain sign off of detailed business
requirements / specifications
4.design and document new and revised business processes
5.designing and implementing new product development
