Job Details:

At least one end-to-end Implementation or Upgrade experience (Version 8.x) as a technical person.
Should have worked as a module/project lead. Experience in PeopleSoft 8 technical architecture and tools is a must.
Must have exposure to at least two modules of HRMS. Must have strong Workflow, SQR and People Code skills.
Must be good in developing and debugging application engine programs.
Good understanding and experience in component interface, component buffers & EIP.
Must have business process knowledge of the core HRMS modules.
Work-experience in the relevant Functional areas will be a definite advantage.
Must be able to map functional requirement, transform them into technical requirement and suggest industry best-practice solutions.
Must be creative, innovative, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques.
