Project Cost Control using SAP R/3 Estimation & Budgeting Project Planning & Scheduling, Maintenance
Responsible for, Project Control Setup involving budget, billing schedule, baseline quantities, cash flow statement, MIS reporting to client, MIS reporting to management, raising timely alerts on time and cost, monitoring invoicing, conducting cross functional meetings for interdisciplinary
issue resolution. Identification of trends and deviations and recommends corrective courses of action. Risk identification and quantitative risk analysis of project.
