Job Details:

Position: Principal InfoSec OPS Engineer
Support the Office of Information Security (OIS) team with responsibility for the maintenance and monitoring of the technical security infrastructure, including Firewall and Intrusion Detection System and other security devices. This position will be able to provide subject matter
expertise, lead an operations team, analyze incidents and make decisions on escalation, both internally and with the support of external resources including law enforcement.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Manage Security Infrastructure. Configuration and change management of security devices (Firewall, IDS, VPN, etc)
Escalation Level 2 and 3 support for security systems.
Participate in security projects as representative of Operations team and implement the technology solution according to project management
Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP).
Strong networking knowledge (router/switch/wireless). Working knowledge of UNIX, LINUX and Microsoft technologies.
Experience in network vulnerability scanning.
Working knowledge of computer incident response
Training and mentoring of Level 1 and 2 support engineers
