Candidates should be responsible for
Working closely with the Group HR Manager to draft and enforce Key HR policies within the organisation. These policies must be applicable at a global level
Fielding and responding to HR issues amongst employees
Managing the junior Recruiter who will be carrying out recruiting function.
Managing Entry / Exit policies and processes for new employees.
Supervise, coach and develop work and professional development of the administrative coordinator.
Coordinate with the management to lead roll-out of new capabilities and troubleshooting.
Manager all company owned and rental properties globally.
Evaluating and selecting new vendors.
Explore, select and negotiate contract with hotels, vendors etc.
Establish corporate accounts with hotels / venues to obtain competitive pricing
