NAS Specialists
Bachelor s degree in a relevant discipline with overall 3 to 4 years IT exp
2 years hands on experience on NAS Storage
Enterprise Storage configuration
Advanced trouble shooting and diagnostic skills.
Previous experience and conversant in the use of ITIL
Problem, Capacity, Configuration and Change management processes.
Knowledge of Internet, Windows 2000 and UNIX/LINUX security.
Knowledge Visual Basic, Java or SQL
