Position : National Placement Head
Department: PLACEMENTS
Reporting to : MD
Grade: Senior Management
Location : Mumbai
Education : Any Graduate/ MBA (HR/ Marketing)
Salary : Not a constraint for right candidate
JD :
1) He/she would be responsible for handling the Pan India Placements
2) He/she would be responsible for New Client Generation.
3) He/she should be having relevant exp into Placements/Recruitment/Sales,well-Conversant with the I.T Market.
4) Good man-management skills & conversant with Technology,good Communication Skills.
5) Conversant with IT-manpower hiring trends (for Tier-A/B/C companies); Ability to deliver results under pressure
