Job Details:

Experience working in the support and configuration of System Management Tools with Tivoli, CA and/or Sitescope products;
Experience in maintaining, supporting and developing script within Tivoli and CA products
Knowledge of Incident and Change Management Processes, and IT Service management (ITIL) best practices and processes;
Knowledge of programming languages such as Perl, Java
Knowledge of Help Desk tools, such as Infoman, Remedy AR and/or ITSP;
Knowledge of the main operating systems used (Linux, Solaris, AIX, HPUX, Windows 2000/ 2003)
Experience with the following monitoring products Tivoli products: ITM5.1, TEC 3.8, Framework 4.1.1
