Job Details:

Studies the overall business and information needs of user departments, in order to develop practical budgeted solutions to IT and related technology problems, prior to the system design, building and programming stages of the systems development process. May provides IT Planning Solutions up to 5 years in advance of actual need, based on user departments estimated use of IT.
Maintain projects timely job performance reports, cost control, project account payables, contracts review, implementation plan, test or changeover plans
Provide project guidance and assistance to all internal staff, ensure quality assurance by comprehensive testing, inspections, commissioning of equipment, material etc. in compliance with contract scope of work and technical specifications.
A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other related discipline.
Five to Fifteen year experience in
Information Technology or
other related industry.
Strong Communication Skills in written and oral English, including being able to give formal presentation to different audience.
