JOB DESCRIPTION :

Core Purpose of Job:
To fulfill Divisional IT requirements by providing efficient and effective use of People, Processes and Tools & Technologies.
To Align IT Services with the current and future needs of the Division by reducing the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO
Ensure IT Solutions provided are optimally used to increase business efficiency
2. Ensure IT Services are delivered on time, as needed and as per agreed services levels to achieve divisional business needs.
3. Ensure cost effective IT Service delivery to meet the ongoing needs, short & long term goals & objectives of the business.
4. Maintain a performance metrics, and management reports in periodical reports to meet defined SLA.
5. Recommend IT solutions/process changes to reduce the cost and increase efficiency.
6. Develop & maintain a strong & positive business relationship with key internal clients to develop business cases for potential new products or initiatives.
7. Review the security controls periodically and take appropriate corrective action.
8. Ensure security incidents are reported as per the Information Security Incident Management procedure
9. Ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability of Business Applications by following Information Security Management System (ISMS) of Almarai
