Job Details:

- is responsible for the overall effective installation, configuration, maintenance and quality control of the HP Enterprise Discovery (HPED) tool, its
data, and support of internal processes to ensure asset and license compliance in Enterprise Systems Management(ESM).
- will be working with and accountable for hardware and software required for completion of the daily information systems needs of the client
business groups.
- is an expert and has demonstrated the effective ability to integrate the HPED application in complex, heterogeneous environments
- understands the ITIL process and abides by its principles.
- effectively communicates both orally and in writing.
- ability to generate and maintain Quality documentation in support of ESM and its Asset Management Support Process.
- *familiar with software recognition module (must!)
