Responsibilities:
The Director of Product Development is a key senior leadership position responsible for all activities associated with the planning, development and delivery of Company sMessaging and Mobile media products and services as well as developing departmental visions and goals. This
position will be based out of the Bangalore office/ Headquarters and reports to the Vice President of Product Development.
The Director of Product Development position requires a passionate, high-energy, results oriented, assertive leader who can motivate and manage a large team geographically dispersed professionals to produce a superior product and service. He/she will oversee all phases of
design and development, including product requirements specifications (working in conjunction with Product Management), assessment of appropriate technologies, shaping of software architecture, improving engineering processes, specification of project plans, tasks and
schedules, definition and supervision of quality assurance testing and ongoing life-cycle support. The ideal candidate will be decisive, collaborative, dedicated, driven, and result-oriented.
