- Minimum 8 years experience in the software industry and a minimum of 6 years on oracle database
,forms6i and reports 6i
- Minimum of 6 years on oracle hands on experience (Oracle forms and reports)
- Hands on experience in technical documentation
- Good listener
- Good team player and strong leadership skills
- High energy levels and non-aggressive
- Good communication skills
- Should have good people management experience
- Experience in Resource utilization techniques
- Manage multiple projects including Technical overviews, Resource allocation, Project
planning/scheduling, Monitoring and Reporting.
- Should have worked on overseas projects particularly in Europe and North America
