Ref: Opening for Desktop support engineer with world largest assert management company
Location : Bangalore
Employment type : ON ROOLS OF BSR IT SOLUTIONS
Exp : 2 to 3 Years
Scope of this service would be Installation and
troubleshooting of Windows based application and Windows OS.
Should be competent in alking to the end user over phone and respond to them by electronic chats
Shift requirements: Support Monday Friday (US Business hours).
Follow US Holiday
Roles & Responsibilities
Creating and maintaining required document related to the services.
Experience and Qualifications
Diploma/Degree with 2-3 years work experience in IT Services Company.
MS Windows OS and Windows based application installation and
troubleshooting
English language proficiency, both written and oral
Knowledge of the businesses or functions being supported
Knowledge on information technology operations.
Strong analytical skills
