Role Purpose: Successful implementation based on cost and timelines budhets of project initiatives.
Role Summary:
Responsible for overseeing the development, support, maintenance and implementation of all projects handled by multiple Business Units/ technology groups through lower level SBU/ technology group heads. Responsible for overall success of multiple Business Units/Technology Units/ Development Centre through strategic planning & alignment of units with broader organizational business strategy. Responsible for overall P&L and technical growth of units/ centre. Requires extensive knowledge of major segments in the organization and knowledge of several disciplines and ability to integrate critical information from many diverse areas. Course of actions are guided by corporate goals and strategy only. Resolves critical issues impacting overall organization direction and results.
