Job Details:

1) Candidate will primarily be involved in developing training courses on the company's flagship rapid development platform, and running those courses to business analysts and IT professionals. Training courses will use the product from a basic through to advanced level and will require some technical ability. The role will also involve production of online help, product guides, data sheets and other technical documents that are needed to support product usage and new product releases.
2) He / She will need to demonstrate a proven ability to understand IT products aimed at business users (such as simple databases, spreadsheets, reporting tools), develop high quality functional documentation, and deliver to a product engineering team.
3) Will be required to update and develop functional courseware in conjunction with new versions of the product.
4) Delivery of foundation, advanced and other courses to in-house personnel, external partners and customers.
5) Provide custom training courses to fit individual customer needs.
6) Create and update online product help, using various help building tools.
7) Create and update user manuals, sample data and other related documentation for the product.
8) Able to develop courseware and exercises for software applications.
9) Able to deliver high quality training courses to individuals and groups of people.
10) Capable of creating technical / functional documentation that is easy to understand, preferably using Macromedia Robohelp.
