Responsibilities:
Senior Solutions Architect to compose the BSS Integration Center of Competence (CoC), with Global responsibility for the continuous improvement of our client s value propositions and offerings on the BSS Integration domains.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Interwork with the other CoC members to compose consistent e2e BSS Integration offerings;
2. Support to the regional team in enabling the regional capabilities;
3. Support to the regional teams in critical pre-sales and delivery, providing best practices, guidelines, references, coaching and expert contribution;
4. Collect best practices from the regions and facilitate experience sharing and continuous improvement.
5. Be the focal point for the alignment with BSS product business unit and partners.
Requirements:
Proven experience in designing complex e2e solutions architectures, adequate to meet customers business requirements, focusing on the following domains: mediation, on-line/off-line charging, billing, customer relationship management, loyalty management, mCommerce.
