2. Develop product quality services roadmaps in close alignment with product R&D and h/w roadmaps
3. Develop and test h/w infrastructure architectures to improve greater leverage of h/w assets
4. Design and Implementation of test automation
5. Proactively track, identify, and drive innovation within the testing domain
6. Provide technical reviews of artifacts produced by team engineers
7. Participate in checkpoint reviews of PQS deliverables with partners
8. Provide domain expertise in SAN/virtualization/volume management/networking domains
9. Coach and mentor junior engineers
