Job Details:

Coordinate with branch users on regular basis regarding IT infrastructure and helpdesk performance. Manage the desktop / laptop maintenance and ensure standard policies and patch roll out at branches within specific timelines
Implement SLA serving mechanism; ensure metric collection, comparison against benchmarks and driving performance improvements.
Network performance: Analyze the network performance in branches. Work with network operations team for problem resolution and /or workaround.
Vendor Management: Monitor quality scores, productivity, login hours and service levels of the FMS vendor team. Verify necessary skills & product knowledge for team.
Build and improve the MIS of various aspects of the call logging system.
Asset Management: Manage IT inventory for hardware, licenses and consumables.
Drive Information security implementation at end point. Monitor and audit sample cases.
