Job Details:

Primary responsibilities include:
1) Play a key role of a technical architect and lead on multiple multishore projects with a client base in the US and Europe.
2) Provide detailed direction and leadership to Siebel Developers in the delivery of high quality technical solutions, on time and on-budget as

indicated by the Project Manager.
3) Ensure that each team member in India obtains the skills necessary for Innoveers projects by delivering technical training and providing

on-the-job mentoring.
4) Report to and work closely with the Operations Head in India who is responsible for the project management aspect of the project while you will

be responsible for architecting the technical solution and the overall technical delivery of the project.
5) Support in managing office operations for India s office (all technical aspects)
6) Provide continuous improvement, feedback, and guidance to the onshore teams with respect to Multishore Project Methodology.
7) Be the key facilitator of all technical and QA activities in the India office.
8) Continue to hone own technical skills by taking on various hands-on technical roles on projects as needed.
