SAP CRM Assists clients in the selection , design and implementation of CRM modules of SAP. This role uses consulting skills , business knowledge and SAP CRM expertise to effectively integrate SAP CRM into the clients business environment. Skills include software selection ,
requirements definition , configuration , testing , SAP CRM functional knowledge SAP CRM Marketing , SAP CRM Service , SAP CRM e-Commerce , SAP CRM Interaction Center Operations and Management , SAP CRM Channel Management.
Strong analytical / problem solving skills.
Strong functional experience of SAP CRM is must.
Technical Competencies: Core team , SAP CRM certification is advantage.
Strong Communication Skill
Should have 1-3 Full Life Cycle Implementation.
