Job Details:

Ensure Proper Documentation of the Site , i.e. Process wise documentation
Ensure Proper storage of documentation and housekeeping
Inventory Management
Prompt complaint handling in order to ensure SLAs
Ensure Backups for all componenets are stored and archived as per policy
Proactively Follow up and ensure resolution of cases in co-ordination with seniors and onsite FMS team
Ensure Proper escalation of technical/HR related issues to the seniors
Installation of PRI , Agents , and other add move changes in Nortel Meridian ,
Add Move changes in Verint Logger
Desired Candidate Profile
1-9 years experience is required.
Nortel Voice exp
Nortel SCCS , CS1000S/CS100M, Meridian 61C/81C/11C , Symposium TAPI, symposium web client , CS1000 Voip implementationsVerint Logger Maintenance.
