Job Details:

As a key member of the Quality Assurance Group you will ensure that the product meets the functional requirements as defined by the Product Group. As a member of the Quality team you would be required to understand the functionality and enhancements of the product and work closely with the BA group to design and execute the test plans and test cases to ensure that functional specification are tested and fulfilled.
Work with the CS group to reproduce issues reported by the clients and help resolve, working with BA and development team.
Participate in functional, performance, User Acceptance, Regression, and black box testing during product releases.
Responsible for identifying and tracking problems/defects throughout the life cycle of product.
Responsible for logging all the defects in the Defect Tracking System and tracking them to closure.
