Job Details:

System Operations: Managing the application system operations team and the system operation activities that execute regular jobs, back up, systems admin activities. Conform to agreed SLA, drive improvements.
IT Infrastructure operations: Measure outsourced partners, ensure metric collection, comparison against benchmarks and driving performance improvements.
Datacenter Coordination: Server and Database Induction, Ensuring Backup Policy are in place.
Managing BCP DR for IT Operations including restoration of servers, DR Drills.
Server Sizing, Inventory, Capacity Planning.
Server Monitoring, Identifying performance bottlenecks, Backup Reports validation.
