Salary 5 7 lac p.a.
1 Qualification:B.E / B.Sc / B.Com / MCA / Diploma in Software
2 Experience / Technical Skills:
Candidate Should have 7 8 years of exp. In Application Software Development of which
1 Minimum 4 yrs of exp. In a IT Company
a) Developing trunky software solutions for customers or
b) Maintaining Application Software Product installed at multiple sites and customers.
c) Hands of Exp. In
Oracle ( version 9i & above)
D2K forms / Reports(version 6i & above)
Data Porting(from various other software to Oracle)
2 tier / 3 tier environment
Linux/Unix/ Windows Platform
2 And minimum 3 yrs in Managerial / Supervisory Capacity
a) Exp. In SDD or as Team Leader.
b) Exp. Of Handling the team size of 5-10
c) Exp. Of creating work specification for developers.
Should have some idea about SDLC processes.
Should be aware of quality standards like ISO, CMM etc. Basic knowledge is sufficient.
Professional certification from oracle will be preferred.
