Job Details:

Manage the Operations of Network & Provisioning team
Ensure the SLA, KPI & Metrics are within limits
Create performance reports
Participate in weekly, monthly meetings with customer as required
Mentor the team in day to day work
Proactive approach to operational improvements
Cost control
Attrition control & team motivation
Performance appraisal, interviews of the RIM NOC & Prov team
Customer satisfaction
Business growth due to good service
Any of the following- BE, B.Tech. , Diploma ECE, MCA, BCA, B.Com
BCA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc. (1 year from total experience will be deducted if graduate)*
