JOB DESCRIPTION :

Provide day-to-day, hands-on technical support of Storage based production and development systems running on HP EVA, XP 12000, EMC Clarion, Symmetrix, DMX, NetApp Filers, Cisco, Brocade switches and other hardware platforms.
Work as part of a technical support team delivering a quality service to multiple clients /Single client using a variety of hardware and software products.
Provide technical expertise on a variety of small to medium Storage -based projects.
Essential Knowledge and Skills
NetApp/EMC/HP EVA Administration Configure, maintain and zoning for SAN switches (brocade/Cisco)
