Job Details:
Conducting quality audits at all installation / commissioning sites to ensure compliance to laid down specifications
Preparation of Audit reports (wrt sites / subcontractors) & deriving improvement actions
Review of audit reports / improvement actions with stakeholders (purchase / project management)
Analysis of all the quality issues (including customer reported issues), Interaction with customers to understand the issues, deriving action plans & updating customers on the actions taken
CMMI-Services Implementation
Gap analysis for CMMI SVC Implementation, defining action plan
Establishing, defining & implementing the processes across all functions of the organization
Conducting regular internal audits, identification of improvement areas, defining action plan & tracking the actions to closure
