Candidates should be analytical thinkers capable of determing correct approaches to facing challenges as they arise.
Candidates must have the ability to research and resolve issues independently as well as work effectively in group settings. Candidates should have strong written and verbal communication skills as all positions require regular communication with onshore teammates located in Arlington, VA. Candidate must possess strong communication skills with the ability to lead special projects as needed or to work independently on the tougher individual assignments. These candidates will possess 4+ years of IT experience and must have a high degree of proven ability with JCL, COBOL and DB2 as well as an analytical mind.
Successful candidates will be full time graduates in any discipline with 3.5 to 6 years of experience as a mainframe system administrator with expertise on COBOL or Assembler or TSO. Candidates having experience in CPCS (Check Processing Control System) application operating in MVS / ESA environment (or a related application) is preferred.
