Job Details:

- respond to & perform complex procedures with the customer SAP environment
- monitor & manage certain aspects of base server performance & availability
- perform & monitor all tasks necessary to insure successful shutdown, restart & failover on all SAP platforms in accordance with written

documentation
- perform proactive problem resolution through analysis of incident history in Batch, Hardware and/or applications.
- partcipate in projects on behalf of both regional & global team
- ensure compliance to appropriate ITIL process (primarily Incident, Change, Problem & Release)
- monitor & manage Remedy based Incident & Problem queues (5000++ tickets per month)
