PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Effectively lead and manage 1800bpo operations to ensure that service delivery requirements are met through business process improvements , program and project management , IT system integration , quality management , business planning , performance management and the design & implementation of corporate strategy.
Responsible for ensuring 1800bpo consistently meets its corporate goals and strategies through delivering exceptional service to all stakeholders and continuously building value and securing business growth
