Job Details:

Demonstrate knowledge on Supplier Performance Development Process and relevant knowledge of purchasing procedures.
APQP, Conducting Manufacturing Capability Assessment [MCA] at supplier site.
Design Review, DFMEA, Gauge Review, PFMEA, Control Plan, Proto Parts development, PPAP
Proficient in print reading and interpretation of specification skills
Ability to facilitate conflict situations independently with peers & suppliers.
Ability to facilitate most conflict situations and/or appropriately seek immediate supervisors assistance
Demonstrate knowledge of relevant Purchasing procedures and knowledge of all Purchasing procedures
Functions independently with minimal supervision and some technical guidance
Advanced SPC techniques
Responsible for suppliers with medium complex parts and/or suppliers with average quality systems
Experience and education:
Degree in Engineering or Science with at least 3 years of experience
2 and above years of experience in the domain of Engineering is preferred
PC literacy is a must
