Job Details:

Key Duties:
- Desktop support - 90 PCs, all HP, 35 with AMC others without. all machines 3-4 years old.
2-3 Printers
Backups - backup of network shares
Anti Virus Patches and Updates
AD Accounts - ACD
Windows Updates - Testing and Rollout
ISA Server whitelist/blacklist site management, internet access monitor and reporting
4 windows Servers - ISA, DC, file Manager, SQL Server
Support Router/Switches other networking equipment as needed.
Troubleshoot network congestion/latency issues
Assist with VoIP call quality issues
