Job Details:

The candidate should have a thorough understanding of the following areas:
- Connectivity (SOAP, Basic networking and SSL troubleshooting)
- Client (HTML and JavaScript, IE including cookie handling, Certificate troubleshooting)
- HTTP (Headers, Query string , HTTP codes, Get / Post , Redirects)
- IIS (Familiarity with IIS Service Manager, Directory Security, Setup and maintain IIS web site)
- ASP or ASP.NET (Should be able to read code and understand the implementation, Writing Cookies)
In addition, the candidate is expected to possess good communication and customer service skills:
- Customer service experience required with at least one year of web development experience, tools support experience or comparable skills working with developing web applications.
- Candidate must possess a high technical aptitude and strong written and oral communication skills.
- Candidates must have strong customer service skills, accurate and logical problem solving abilities, troubleshooting abilities, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a team environment
