"Lead a team of 5+ and perform mentoring, reviews, etc.
-Plan and conduct quality review audits and work with other test organizations and or development to drive upstream testing.
-Ensure that measurement matrices are established to measure quality processes. Identify matrices and measurements for all aspect of the software QA development cycle.
-Evaluation/review of all new or existing processes, comparing them to established procedures and standards both technical and non-technical and champion where applicable.
