Responsible for creating designs / layouts
Should be able to convert PSD to HTML - is a MUST
Java script knowledge will be a plus
Extensive hands-on experience with Photoshop, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Front-page and Dreamweaver.
Strong knowledge of web standards is a must.
