Job Details:

Opening for Voice and Accent Trainer,Finance and Account Trainer
Handling V & A Training for new Hires
Will have other V & A Trainers as Direct reportees
Will be responsible for new Hire Training, Class room training
Will have to do call monitoring of new hires and On the floor supervision to check if delivered training facts are implemented
Identifying Training needs and handling Training sessions as well
Handling F & A Process Training for the team.
Will have other 4 Trainers as Direct reportees
Candidates from Strong F & A Process Training back ground from BPOs only preferred
Handling V & A Training for new Hires
Reoprting to Training Lead
Will be responsible for new Hire Training, Class room training
Will have to do call monitoring of new hires and On the floor supervision to check if delivered training facts are implemented
Identifying Training needs and handling Training sessions as well
