JOB DESCRIPTION :

Systems Support Analyst 3- India
Proactive health of Applications. Includes monitoring, analyzing, and resolving moderately complex to complex production, application, and system problems to ensure that the data center and application service commitments are met.
Responsible for troubleshooting application production issues that were discovered through monitoring, escalations, or directly from 1st level helpdesk and other technical groups.
Interpreting alert issues and resolving or coordinating resolution to more complex production, application and system problems to ensure that service commitments are met.
Opens and runs the bridge line and serves as the primary focal point for all support groups.
Performs diagnostic testing, identifies production problem patterns and relationships and resolves issues to avoid impacts to system and application performance.
