JOB DESCRIPTION :

Participates in the implementation and testing of changes on networks and
firewalls that support company wide voice and /or data communication systems. Performs post change health checks on firewalls, routers and switches verifying no adverse impact to the environment. Report and manage efficient handling of all changes in order to minimize the impact of change related incidents and to improve day to day operations. Participates in the research, analysis, testing, and implementation of networks to support company wide voice and /or data communication systems. Performs small network design upgrades and hardware configurations. Will provide advanced technical support to network help desk or customer operations on complex problems. Recommends modifications to network configurations or designs that reduce costs or improves service.
