Requirements & Qualifications
BS/BA degree or equivalent technical experience.
5+ years of experience in the software industry.
3+ years experience as a technical writer, with experience in working with enterprise level products
Excellent analysis, debugging and trouble-shooting skills with attention to detail
Technical knowledge and experience in systems administration (Windows and UNIX), application
servers, databases, and web technologies.
Scripting or programming experience
Ability to teach pilot and train-the-trainer classes
Experience in development of solution-centric curriculum
Experience in developing curriculum for technical certification programs including ILT, WBT, Self-
Study, and lab/project environments desired
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
Track record of accomplishment and effectiveness within organizations.
Preferred skills for this role include
Technical:
Exposure to environments involving applications servers (Weblogic, Websphere and/or Jboss) and
Oracle or DB2 databases
Development and/or Technical Support Experience with J2EE applications
Familiarity with Data Quality tools and practices.
