Job Details:

7-10 years experience in the architecture and design for complex technology solutions in Telecom Domain with at least 2-3 years in Assurance

Design using HPSC.
Must have implementation experience of COTS Product of HP in OSS Assurance area within telecommunications domain.
Sound understanding of Assurance processes including
Trouble Ticketing
Diagnostics
Problem Knowledge Management
Impact Management
Service Outages
Optional: Experience in the implementation of business transformation, application development and system replacement projects for large scale

industry requirements especially in OSS/BSS domains in telecommunications industry.

Job Responsibility:

Provides technical solution leadership in OSS Assurance domain.
Makes design decisions around Assurance systems (HPSC & related stack) as a part of design team.
Analyses the high level requirements for Problem Resolution & Assurance in the context of HPSC implementation.
Conduct Design workshop with component designers
Creates a Solutions Design in HPSC consisting of functional flows and dynamic interaction diagrams
Service Identification within Assurance
