Job Details:

5-7 years experience in the architecture and design for complex technology solutions in Telecom Domain with at least 2-3 years in customer

Management & Fulfillment Design using Siebel/AXIOSS/NetCracker/ Aldous
Must have implementation experience of CRM & COTS Product in OSS Order Fulfillment within telecommunications domain.
Sound understanding of Customer Management and Order Fulfillment processes including
Interaction Management
Event Management
Notification Management
Order Fulfillment
Inventory Management
Workforce Management
Optional: Experience in the implementation of business transformation, application development and system replacement projects for large scale

industry requirements especially in OSS/BSS domains in telecommunications industry.
Optional: Experience in the implementation of structured design and architecture methodologies
Practices, methods and tools to deliver world class Solution Designs.
