What you need:
- 4+ years experience as a strong PHP Developer
- 2+ years experience with PHP 5. Must have PHP 5 experience!
- 2+ Experience with Model View Controller (MVC) style framework
- Experience with a major framework, Zend!
- Experience with the Smarty template engine and the Model-View-Controller paradigm
- 3+ years experience using UNIX line command and Administration
- 3+ years experience with MySQL database management
- UML or other modeling languages to demonstrate specifications
- CSS / XHTML layout and formatting
