JOB DESCRIPTION :

Position: Oracle Applications Project Manager
Location: Pune
RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary responsibilities would be to handle a team of Oracle application FTE (Functional-Technical engineers). You will also be responsible for

diagnosing and resolving complex functional and technical incidents involving the operation of various modules of the Oracle v12 E Business

Suite and the Oracle Collaboration Suite implemented in a large North American firm; business process and data flow analysis to determine the

root cause of, resolution of and/or action for incidents; reduce reliance of the company on Oracle On Demand services.
You would be responsible for setting up the quality parameters for your team and most importantly: handle all escalations for your team if they are

unable to resolve it within the given SLA.
You will also provide support to our clients and will be in charge of scheduling tasks and duties to the members in your team.
Other responsibilities include: Interacting closely with the management in Canada. Performing trend analysis of the performance of your team.

Taking preventive and corrective actions to ensure that the team performs optimally.
You would be handling a team of 5 members and possibly 2 DBAs once we expand the operations.
